Tonight is the Emmy's and i like many other people out there i am a little upset that there is no Joan Rivers on the carpet. I mean come on who else has the balls to tell celebrities the truth. Go to emmyswithjoan.com to see Joan online give it to them.

VMA's 2007

How horrible were the VMA's last night? I am definitely too old to still be watching them but i did try to sneak a peek. Not only were the performances disappointing but the overall show as well. This is becoming an all time low for MTV who couldn't even get good celebrities to show up. What on Earth was Jaime Fox yelling into the mic half of the time? Could he be any more annoying? Doubtful.

Rum Diary

Last night i finished the book Rum Diary by Hunter S. Thompson. I haven't read the book since I was in high school and it inspired me to study english and journalism in college. At times reading it I found myself embarrassed by the content as though i was there and uncomfortable by what was actually going on. The ackwardness at times was brilliant and his humor never missed a beat. It is still one of my favorite books and I am ashamed it took me so long to re read it. Definately a classic.

I have never been an advid youtube watcher but I am obsessed with the new movie Superbad. I hate seeing movies when they first come out but its always nice to get to see trailers. Here is an unedited version of Superbad which kinda reminds me of the classic "Super Troopers".
